FileNet using Shibboleth

We use IBM FileNet 5.2 to store contents that are accessed by multiple organizations. FileNet is hosted in Websphere Application Server 8.5.5. Is there a way to leverage Shibboleth to authenticate cross organization logins from FileNet?
